Assistant Manager

Manager Responsibilities: ⁃ Oversee venue operation (long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays) ⁃ Assist with the Training of staff and staff development ⁃ Ensure that all guests are provided with excellent service ⁃ Interact with other employees in a professional manner to resolve objections and issues ⁃ Supervision of all staff ⁃ Assist with Team member recruiting Floor Manager Requirements: ⁃ Minimum 1 Year Manager Experience, restaurant preferred ⁃ Demonstrated strong leadership skills and integrity ⁃ Strong work ethic ⁃ Computer Skills with basic software such as Microsoft Excel, email platforms, etc.
⁃ Self-Driven ⁃ Complete knowledge of POS systems, working knowledge of labor cost ⁃ Understanding of proper cash-handling procedures ⁃ Strong beverage knowledge ⁃ Attention to detail ⁃ Work well with others ⁃ Must have experience of high-volume fast-paced work environment.
