As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be pivotal in providing strategic direction to HR planning and operations, offering a wide range of HR solutions that drive our organizational culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs, including workers compensation, FMLA, and other leave programs
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR budgeting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
