The dock on the lot will support up to a 25' boat.
There's an abundance of fish to catch.
It is a couple miles from the most beautiful beach in the Florida Keys.
The association that the lot is in has a private boat launch, fish cleaning station, restrooms with pay showers, pay washer and dryers and free cable TV.

The rent is for a minimum of 6 months with an option to rent annually.
When you bring your RV or camper there it has to be no older than 15 years old.

The boat is NOT part of the rental and is the property of the current renter.
The pictures showing a 5th wheel on the lot which is currently 34 feet long and is current renters property and is NOT included in the property rental.
Do NOT GO ON TO THE PROPERTY as it is being leased until January 5th 2024.
The 5TH wheel camper will be removed at that time.
