Each unit is about 1600 sq ft with two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a large open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer.
There are just six condominium and timeshare resort
buildings, 24 units total.

The peaceful community offers nice amenities, such as a swimming pool, marina,
sand beach for volleyball, hammocks and lounge chairs by the water, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, outdoor
cooking area with gas grills and a smoker, and an onsite management team.
The resort also has boat dockage
for a reasonable fee that you can reserve if you bring your own boat and space for trailer parking.
There are
snorkel, dive and fishing group boats in the Marina that is next to the resort, and even the boat from The African
Queen.
Short 3 mile nearby drive to the world-famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, and more
opportunities for swimming, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and boating.
My unit has been recently renovated including the full kitchen, tile bathrooms and bedrooms, and is on the
upper floor with a cathedral ceiling in all rooms, for an even more spacious feel.

The resort grounds are very well maintained and the units are spacious and
comfortable.
The large wrap-around deck adds to the resort-like feeling and affords views of the property, pool,
and canal.
The nearby canal is great for walking along.

It's the perfect escape and only an hour south of Miami.
Port Largo Villas is a hidden gem that is well worth discovering.
