Property Manager for Florida Keys Marina

World famous marina in the Florida Keys is currently recruiting for a property manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, who will work in one of the most beautiful locations in the country alongside renowned fishing guides, and who will have the possibility of housing assistance.
The marina is an exciting place to work, family owned for 80 years, and is in the process of reinventing itself, creating a tremendous opportunity for growth for the person who is hired.
We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the facility including directing the maintenance staff, maintaining the physical plant, overseeing hotel operations, repairs and maintenance of docks, houseboats, and electrical and plumbing facilities.
Hours Sunday - Wednesday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Background screening, reference check and drug testing required.
