Maintenance Supervisor/Manager

Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of maintenance and facilities technicians - Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for the facility - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs - Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems - Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline - Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems - Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize tasks - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints - Previous experience in maintenance management or supervisory role Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.
