Operations Manager

Allied Technology Group, a leading information technology (IT) services company, seeks a highly competent and motivated Operations Manager to lead our technical team.
The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all technical operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the department's continued growth.
* Advanced knowledge of cable drops.
* Advanced knowledge in the installation of switches and routers.
* Advanced domain of firewalls.
* Configure and manage servers at an advanced level.
* Advanced mastery of cloud services.
* Handle technical documentation at an advanced level.
* Master with a basic level in network design and architecture.
* Advanced IPPBX proficiency.
* Advanced management of Wifi Controllers and Ap's.
* Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Antivirus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35,000.
