Supervisor de Producción

Duties: * Oversee and manage a team of employees in a fast-paced environment * Ensure efficient and effective operations by coordinating workflow and assigning tasks * Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed * Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment * Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to achieve production goals * Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met * Handle employee scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking * Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise among team members Skills: * Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Basic math skills for inventory management and production tracking * Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required * Familiarity with operating forklifts or other mechanical equipment is a plus * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $32,000.
