Customer Service Representative/Manager-in-Training\*\* ( _SERIOUS CANIDATES READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION_) \*\*Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico\*\* *\*\*Position Overview:\*\** This position QUICKLY turns into a management position for the proper candidate.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with the expectation to transition into a managerial role as skills grow.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\**\*Key Responsibilities:\*\** - Greet customers warmly and assist with tour bookings, inquiries, and reservations.
- Provide detailed information about our snorkel tours, including pricing, duration, and equipment provided.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate tour schedules and manage reservations using our booking system.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of snorkeling equipment and facilities.
- Assist with on-site logistics, including check-in procedures and safety briefings for tour participants.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
-Support Tour guides *\*\*Qualifications:\*\** \*\* BI-LINGUAL\*\* - Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, word processing, and booking software.
- Passion for outdoor activities and marine conservation is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
