Housekeeper Supervisor & Airbnb Host

Leading vacation rental company in Puerto Rico is in search of a diligent individual who is FULLY BILINGUAL in Spanish and English to fulfill the role of housekeeper supervisor/runner on some days and serve as a host on others.
*Requirements and Responsibilities:* *Housekeeper Supervisor/Runner: * · Supervise and assist housekeeping staff.
· Develop work schedules and oversee inventory management.
· Regularly inspect properties to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
· Coordinate property repairs and maintenance with contractors.
· Ensure quality control and purchase necessary materials as required.
*Host:* · Respond IN ENGLISH to guest inquiries and reviews via phone and email.
· Manage reservations.
· Fulfill any additional tasks delegated by superiors.
*Additional Requirements:* · Need to live no more than 30 minute drive to San Juan, Puerto Rico · Fluent in both Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
· Availability to work on weekends is a must and must be available to work any day of the week.
Rotating Schedule · High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
· Must be proficient in computer applications MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel (a computer is provided) · Must have a car in good working condition · Must have passion for customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction This position requires strong organizational skills, to be resilient and patient, and be able to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
It also requires to be able to work both independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Salary: $27,500.
