Baristas Supervisor perform several job duties and provide customer service.
Baristas Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager coordinating, supervising, and directing the Barista Team.
Ensure customer orders are taken in a timely manor following all food standards in the Starbucks outlet.
Baristas Supervisors also operate cash registers and credit card machines.
Responsibilities:
Fundamental Requirements:
Always be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
Supervise all Barista workspaces.
Address guest complaints promptly.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement necessary actions to maintain a competitive edge.
Keep your immediate manager informed about any issues or concerns that require attention.
Submit required reports on time.
Monitor and ensure the quality of service and products.
Collaborate in menu planning and preparation.
Comply with local liquor laws, as well as health and sanitation regulations.
Adhere to Starbucks' and Highgate's SOPs, particularly those concerning cash handling, safety, and security, ensuring the safety of all partners during each shift.
Participate in or conduct departmental and hotel training sessions.
Prioritize overall guest satisfaction.
