The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a vital role within the resort property, supervising our guests experience at our Restaurant, Banquet, Bar and Pool outlets.
This position is an ambassador to our dining experience and is an expert on the resort geographical location and our food and beverage products and services.
This role will specifically manage the outlets service standard performance and guest experience.
This role will work closely with Food & Beverage Management to ensure high-quality products and service levels, while assisting to promote guest reservations and bookings in the venue.
He/she is expected to share ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover and conduct comprehensive training programs for the outlet.
This role will work closely with the food and beverage leadership, Chefs and Convention Services management, to program our venues activations and entertainment.
, working in the venues to drive guest service experience, revenue results, and product excellence for our guests.
*Education & Experience: *
* 4-year college degree preferred, but not required.
* 2 years’ experience required as Restaurant Server required.
* Must be proficient in Open Table, Avero, Outlook, Excel and Word processing.
* Strong knowledge of service standards, and different service types.
* Forbes service experience preferred, but not required.
* Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
* Fully bilingual English and Spanish required.
* TIPS certification
* CPR certification
* Puerto Rico Health Certificate
