*Day in the Life of a Salesforce Project Manager*
As a Project Manager, you are the face of RK Rivera and main point of contact for the clients.
You will establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage a plan to meet those goals.
This position may involve travel.
* Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with RK Rivera team resources accordingly
* Work with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectives.
* Work with other RK Rivera Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts
* Clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes
* Proper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversight.
* Occasional travel may be required as part of this position's responsibilities.

*Required Qualifications*
* 5+ years of Project Management experience.
Delivering Salesforce projects in a consultant capacity would be a plus.
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
* Familiarity with technical solutions utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies
* Comfortable with maintaining high utilization in multiple fast paced projects.
* Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills; English and Spanish.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* PM Tool Experience: Salesforce and reporting capabilities, JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace
* Scrum Master and/or PMP certifications (optional).
* Ability to see situations from all aspects and articulate solutions clearly for the best path forward.
