*Program Manager, ERP – Caguas, PR*
*Role Description:*
The Program Manager is responsible for driving, managing, executing, and defining timelines and budgets, and ensures deadlines are met throughout end-to-end project lifecycle.
Provide direction and guidance for a robust project portfolio across nine business units with project planning and management to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
This role will collaborate with executive management, technical teams, 3rdparty vendors/suppliers, and Executive teams for a new ERP implementation and enhancement project.
The role requires someone with strong project management experience and solid knowledge in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe), as well as procedures focused on business processes and project portfolio planning & roadmapping.
*Job Duties:*
* Design, develop, implement, and deliver program/project deliverables aligned to the strategic roadmap and required delivery outcomes for a new ERP implementation & enhancement project.
* Lead the project planning initiatives in collaboration with upper management to set goals, establish deadlines and project release schedule, and plan for second phase of project implementation.
* Gather business and technical requirements and create process maps and user test plans while serving as an internal subject matter expert on the designated deployed solutions across multiple business units.
* Works to identify and acquire participation from required cross-functional core team members with mentorship from strategic business partners or senior staff.
* Responsible for leading the Program Management Office (PMO) for major corporate transformation initiatives, programs, and projects.
* Oversee and spearhead the design, development, implementation of the ERP system aligned to the project scope and required delivery outcomes.
* Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process.
* Participate in key planning achievements and acts as a guide for the core program team from initiation through execution and completion.
* Analyze objectives and present proposals to stakeholders, review metrics to identify incongruous reporting and messaging while offering analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
* Tracks and runs the program schedule and task details included in the program plan.
Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and adjusts consistent with plan objectives including risks and issues.
* Develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies, and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field through trials and controlled customer deployments.
*Education & Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* 5+ years of program & project management experience within technology operations and new ERP implementations is a must
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English and Spanish), including presentations and executive reporting
* Must have experience managing 3rdparty vendors
* Demonstrated ability to identify dependencies and risks, and when to escalate problematic scenarios.
*Pluses:*
* Program Management Professional Certification & Agile Project Management Certifications (SCRUM)
* Previous experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
