i am a 27-year resident of key west, currently a caretaker for 2 separate retired/semi-retired key west homeowners.
i am trained primarily as a detail-oriented painter (more than 20 years), but i am also a skilled landscaper (more than 10 years) and i have caretaker experience of more than 15 years.
i have been a key west resident since 1995.
i'm male, 56 and in great health.
i'm clean, honest, loyal, punctual, sober and i do not have a police or prison record.
i like to make my work my life and that's where i prefer to live & stay.
i am looking for one job that will keep me busy and well-paid for my time and labor.
i was originally hired as a painter at both of my current jobs.
each employer discovered everything that i am capable of and in short order both jobs turned into more of a caretaker/handyman position, but my time at each job is limited.
each job has it's own schedule.
i comply with all protocols and i complete all jobs, tasks & chores.
a live-in position could be considered, but i prefer to live alone.
i work in key west only, below MM5.
i have numerous professional & personal references, all current, all local, all platinum.
