Hi there! My name is Pasha and I offer in person and online personal training.
Private and semi private gym/ in-home as well as virtual sessions/ program design/ assessments/ accountability and tracking.
I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.
I have been training clients of all backgrounds, experience levels and demographics for 10 + years and I absolutely love what I do! For me a safe and systematic approach via evidence based program design is a priority for every trainee.
Over the years I have consistently helped clients loose weight, develop strength and cardiorespiratory endurance, build athleticism for sport as well as daily living.
I work on all components of physical fitness to help you achieve your specific goals.
I place a strong emphasis on fundamentals, posture/form and corrective exercise.
It is important that my clients achieve their desired aesthetic while also building pain free and functional longevity.
Helping people achieve their goals and uncovering their physical potential is what drives me to be here assisting you on your journey towards tangible results.

A bit about me.

I am originally from New York and my main pass times are surfing and competitive Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Growing up I gravitated towards physical activities, competed and partook in all kinds of sports and athletic hobbies.
From hockey and soccer to snowboarding, martial arts, fishing etc.
Along the journey I have encountered injuries and funny enough the physical therapy office is where my love for anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics blossomed.
Being in a physically compromised state forced me to search for solutions, how to get back to 100% and eventually took me into the direction of becoming a certified and qualified healthcare professional specializing in preventative care and performance.
I am also a surfing coach and help students build sport specific athleticism outside of the water alongside technical training in the water.
