the true color tone is shown in the lighter toned pictures the darker toned pictures are just that, darker top is 44 1/4 inch wide and 15 3/4 inches deep when doors open it's 34 inches deep 23 inches tall Intended to be used for up to a 44" flat panel TV there are three circular holes in the back of the stand - for wires and cables, etc.
