The person on this position will be focusing efforts to implements the entrepreneurship program for children and youth.
Will facilitate workshops, activities and other initiatives from the program curriculum.
will excel at vigorously promoting entrepreneurial thinking in children and young people and implements.
*ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES* 1.
Develop and implement entrepreneurship program work plan.
2.
Offer workshops and/or training aimed at entrepreneurship skills for children and youth.
3.
Coordinates and facilitates business activities and/or events for youth (start up experiences, participation of young people in local or international events, among others).
4.
Guide and support participants in developing business ideas.
5.
Promotes the marketing and strategies of youth ideas in the entrepreneurship program.
6.
Promotes and develops partnerships to strengthen the entrepreneurship program.
7.
Maintains documentation of participants, folders, files or other information required by the program.
8.
Perform program promotion in the community and outside the community.
9.
Promotes and monitors the enrollment and retention of participants.
10.
Provides leadership, coordination and integration of leaders for the benefit of the entrepreneurship program and the activities and services of the unit.
*REQUIREMENTS* EDUCATION Y/O EXPERIENCE: MBS or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance and other related areas.
Preferable with experience in business development.
Minimum two (2) years experience working with young people and/or related area.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent interpersonal and communication/listening skills, including written and oral skills in both English and Spanish preferred or when feasible.
PHISICAL DEMANDS:It is regularly required to stand or sit and talk and listen.
Ability to use common office equipment such as computers, facsimiles, printers, calculators, etc.
It is required to drive motor vehicles.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Ability to analyze problems, plan strategies and direct projects.
Ability to handle problems that involve specific variables in standard or variable situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and validate conclusions.
Ability to read financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and portions in practical situations.
COMMUNICATION: Mastery of both verbal and written communication skills that allow you to express yourself clearly and accurately in English and Spanish with internal or external staff and of any hierarchical level.
Planning and Execution: Knowledge and experience in written reports, proposals and/or follow-up reports.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines in a high-performance dynamic office work environment where priorities can change rapidly.
Ability to take the initiative and obtain results with minimal supervision.
Analyze situations and facilitate appropriate actions and response.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $27,000.
