Ponce Health Sciences University is seeking candidates for a full-time Office Clerk for the Registrar Department.
Under the direction of the Director of the Registration Department, the candidate must provide direct service in the operations of Registrar's team services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, critical and creative thinking, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, staff, and alumni.

To succeed, the candidate must have the following background and competencies: * Bachelor’s degree (B.
A.
) * Four years’ experience in the field of student service offices and registrar's office * Bilingual (Spanish and English) * Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) * Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
* Knowledge of MS Office, and another registrar platforms.
* Customer service skills * Flexibility to work nonstandard hours and weekends if needed.
Essential Functions: * Support the management in providing a quality service to the students and meet their needs for related services and information on all PHSU campuses.
* Comply with state and federal regulations as needed.
* Consistently process student documents, such as transcripts, certifications, verifications, deferments, and any requested information.
* Receive and file all official student documents.
* Manage shipping and tracking to the DocuSign platform.
* Support as needed in student services and other departments as needed.
* Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data.
* Support in the one-stop area by greeting visitors and/or students in person or by phone, answering or referring inquiries.
Provides customer guidance and services to students and visitors and helps them navigate the processes for completing service requests.
* Support in sending information, correspondence, follow-up to students.
* Follow archiving protocols to maintain organization in the vault.
* Completes requests by greeting visitors and/or students, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
* Support in the processes of registrations and audits, among other service-related of the registrar’s office.
* Support in the data entry of courses and enrolment periods of all students.
* Entry of final grades, incompletes, and other follow-ups with the academic department.
* Follow up with enrollment period as required.
* Follow up and validation process every semester.
* Monitor applications across Registrar Office different software.
* Other duties as assigned by the Registrar.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $10.
