Teacher/Floater

Responsibilities: * - Teach Spanish class two days per week * - Assist with lunch supervision * - Participate in the overall operation of the school - Educate and engage students in a classroom setting - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information Experience: - Previous experience working with students, preferably in a school setting - Familiarity with child welfare and development principles - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create a structured and engaging classroom environment - Proficiency in math or other relevant subjects Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
