*Job Summary:*
Silent World Dive Center is seeking a certified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor to join our team.
This role involves conducting PADI certification courses, leading dive trips, and ensuring the highest standards of dive education and safety.
The ideal candidate is passionate about diving, enthusiastic about teaching, and committed to conservation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Teach PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and specialty courses in accordance with PADI standards.
* Prepare and deliver effective diving theory classes and in-water training sessions.
* Ensure the safety of all students and guests during classroom sessions, pool sessions, and open water dives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and student files.
* Assist in the maintenance and handling of diving equipment.
* Lead guided dive trips for certified divers, providing briefings and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
* Promote environmental awareness and conservation in every aspect of courses and dives.
* Participate in continuing education and training to maintain instructor rating and stay current with industry standards.
*Requirements:*
* Current PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification.
* Proven experience in teaching various PADI courses.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications; Emergency Oxygen Provider certification is a plus.
* A commitment to promoting marine conservation and adherence to all safety regulations.
* Physically fit and able to perform all duties associated with diving and teaching.
